As you would expect this includes fully cleaning the property following departure of the guest. We also check/reset heating systems and timers where appropriate, ensure all white goods and sanitary ware is functioning correctly, check guides left in the property are in order and ensure all windows and door locks are operating correctly. Supply of linen and a laundry service is also available.

Bookings & Lettings management- for owners who do not wish to deal directly with the customer we will manage as much or as little of the booking process and customer contacts, both prior to and during occupancy, as required. For owners who wish to use this service alongside changeover services we offer a very competitive package pricing structure. - see more detailGrading & classification evaluation consultancy- for Holiday Home owners who enter the Visit Scotland rating scheme, we offer a property inspection report. This report will itemise any area which may require attention to meet the desired rating level. The cost of this written report is dependant on size of property and scope of work requested - from £40.Customer Satisfaction Survey- a program of customer contact after a stay at your property either by phone or by email. This will allow you customer feedback, and a property customer satisfaction score, which covers all aspects of the stay from initial contact, booking process to property feedback in a standardised format. An index score total, with a breakdown of individual question scores will be sent to you monthly together with comparison score for other similarly rated Visit Scotland properties (subject to participation on this rating scheme). The program will also allow the opportunity for agreed re-contact with the customer for future bookings, incentivised referrals and testimonials. Could help to identify areas of opportunity and improvement that could increase your income on the property.
