We understand that each individual has
individual needs. We offer a variety of services from full management
packages to meeting a single requirement - all tailored, in a friendly and
flexible way, to suit you.

Changeover services - As you would expect this includes fully cleaning the property
following departure of the guest. We also check/reset heating systems and timers
where appropriate, ensure all white goods and sanitary ware is functioning
correctly and check
windows and door locks are operating correctly. Laundry services are included as is top up of consumable items.
Spring cleaning - Tailored to your requirement and charged on a time basis we
will clean as much of the property, inside and out, as requested. Usually carried out prior to a new season start,
however this can be carried out any time through the year.
Caretaking - A service for Holiday home owners that have
spells of low occupancy or for second home owners that use a Holiday home
for their own use.
Bookings & Lettings Management - for owners who do not wish to deal directly with guests
we will manage as much or as little of the booking process and customer
contacts, both prior to and during occupancy, as required. For owners who
wish to use this service alongside changeover services we offer a very
competitive package pricing structure. This service is managed through our sister company

Grading & classification evaluation consultancy - for
Holiday Home owners who enter are considering the Visit Scotland Quality Assurance rating scheme, we offer a
property inspection report. This report will itemise any area which may require
attention to meet the desired rating level.
Call out service - a call out service during guest occupancy. This service will ensure that any concerns or questions your guest may have about their stay or difficulties in relation to any aspect of the property are managed promptly and efficiently.
Maintenance and repair service - This service ensures that any minor maintenance or
agreed repair work is carried out between lets. For larger work we will
organise and manage subcontractors on your behalf. This may include
electricians, plumbers, heating engineers or building contractors.
