Bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days.
Booking forms and any required payments must be returned within this period to
confirm your booking. Gael Property Care reserves the right to cancel your
booking if booking forms and/or payments are not received within this timescale.

A deposit of £100 per week plus a refundable good
housekeeping deposit of £50 will be required to confirm any booking.

The final balance payment will be due 10 weeks
before the holiday start date. Bookings made less than 10 weeks before the start
date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Deposits (excluding good housekeeping deposit) are
not refundable due to your cancellation of your holiday. Final balance payments
may also not be refundable, dependant on whether we are able to re-let the
property. We suggest you make arrangements through your local insurance broker.

The tenant undertakes to keep the property and
surroundings, all furniture and fittings in the same state of repair and
condition as at the time of letting (fair wear and tear excepted) and shall pay
the owner through Gael Property Care for any damage arising.

When leaving the property at the end of your stay,
it must be left in the same condition as found upon arrival. If it is necessary
for us to carry out additional cleaning due to actions on your part a portion or
all of the good housekeeping deposit may be retained.

The owners of the property and Gael Property Care do
not accept any liability for any loss or damage to the tenants' property or for
any expense, accident, injury or inconvenience arising from the letting.

The number of people occupying the property must not
exceed that stated on the booking form, unless by prior agreement with Gael
Property Care.

Bookings are from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 9:30 am,
unless agreed otherwise.
- In the unlikely event that for any reason
beyond our control we are unable to provide the booked house we will do our
utmost to find equivalent or a higher grade of accommodation for you at no
additional charge to you. If this cannot be done we will refund all monies
that you have paid in full and the you will have no further claim against the
owners or Gael Property Care.
- By signing the booking form you are deemed to
have, read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of booking as
detailed above.
